Ghost Nuggz operates within the framework of Section 21 authorizations under the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority.
All products are supplied strictly to approved patients with valid medical authorisation obtained through the Ghost Nuggz consultation and script program.
Only registered Social Clubs / Wellness Facilities / Health Spas may purchase, subject to:
Ghost Nuggz reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate partners at its discretion.
Ghost Nuggz facilitates patient onboarding by:
Costs are recovered over a 6-month supply relationship.
No resale, redistribution, or diversion is permitted.
The Social Club assumes full compliance responsibility.

Breaches may result in termination, blacklisting, or reporting.
All transactions are conducted on a pre-approved basis.
Pricing and supply are managed through the Ghost Nuggz Portal.
Script program participation forms part of the relationship.
